Hello and welcome to my page!

 

I am a Sports Therapist and Pilates Instructor located in the Scottish Borders. I have enjoyed practising Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation since qualifying from the Active Health Group in Manchester in 2018. Since then, I have worked with a wide range of people treating pain and improving posture through soft tissue work and exercise therapy. 

I have completed my 'Comprehensive Matwork Pilates Instructor' training with the APPI and am running classes from Ettrickbridge Village Hall.
